If you wish to cancel your ticket and receive a refund, please review the applicable conditions and submit your request using the online form.

Refund Rules

Refunds are available only for regular fare tickets. Based on the cancellation timing, the refund conditions are as follows:

  • Full refund if requested within two months of the travel date.
  • Up to 20 days before departure: 90% refund.
  • Up to 10 days before departure: 80% refund.
  • Up to 48 hours before departure: 70% refund.
  • Up to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or in case of missed boarding.

Where to Request the Refund

Refunds will be processed according to the point of ticket purchase:

  • Tickets purchased at the ticket office → Request at the carrier’s ticket offices.
  • Tickets purchased through a travel agency → Request through the agency, which will handle the refund.
