Request a Refund

Refunds vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made before the travel date. Based on the cancellation timing, the refund conditions are as follows:

• Full refund if requested within two months of the travel date.
• Up to 20 days before departure: 90% refund.
• Up to 10 days before departure: 80% refund.
• Up to 48 hours before departure: 70% refund.
• Up to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or in case of missed boarding.

Where to Request the Refund

Refunds will be processed according to the point of ticket purchase:

• Tickets purchased at the ticket office or Ichnusa Lines’ website → Request via email to info@ichnusalines.com indicating your bank details.
• Tickets purchased through a travel agency → Request through the agency, which will handle the refund.
