Submit a complaint

You can report operational changes, ticket office issues, boarding or onboard problems, or any other inconvenience experienced. Complaints must be submitted within 60 days from the travel date by filling out the online form or through the following channels:

Please make sure your complaint includes:

  • Passenger Details (name, surname, address and contact information).
  • Travel details (departure date and time, route, booking code or ticket number).
  • A description of the issue, including references to any discrepancies with service standards and applicable national and European regulations.
