Reimbursements
The reimbursement regulations can be consulted under article 8 of our transportation conditions; we would remind you that only tickets issued with an ordinary tariff can be refunded, on condition that the cancellation is made 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the departure time of the sailing on the ticket.
